Long Term Rental Casablanca

The purpose of this contract is the long-term rental of the following vehicle:

Rented vehicle:

• Brand / Model: to be filled in
• Registration number: to be filled in
• Starting mileage: to be filled in

The vehicle is rented to the Client under the terms and conditions of this contract.

The rental is concluded for a firm term of 36 months, starting from the date the vehicle is made available.

Any early termination by the Client will trigger the penalties set out in this contract.

The monthly rent is set according to the rented vehicle and the chosen formula. The exact amount appears on the quote and order form provided to the Client.

Payment is due monthly and in advance.

Any late payment authorizes the Lessor to suspend services or recover the vehicle.

The Client pays a security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent.

This deposit may be retained in whole or in part in case of:

• unpaid amounts,
• damage,
• refurbishment costs,
• excess mileage,
• contractual penalties.

The annual mileage included is set at 30,000 km / year.

Any additional kilometer will be billed at 1 MAD / km.

The mileage will be recorded during servicing and at vehicle return.

The Lessor covers:

• periodic maintenance,
• normal mechanical repairs,
• roadside assistance.

Excluded and remaining at the Client's expense:

• wrong fuel,
• negligence,
• misuse.

Any breakdown caused by a fault of the Client will be billed in full.

Standard formula: in case of immobilization exceeding 2 days, a replacement vehicle will be provided subject to availability.

Comfort formula (800 MAD/month extra): a replacement vehicle will be provided immediately.

The replacement vehicle is subject to the same contractual conditions.

Tires are covered only within the scope of normal wear linked to vehicle use.

Tire replacement by the Lessor occurs only when their condition justifies it, and after an indicative minimum mileage of 80,000 km, except in cases of premature wear not attributable to the Client.

The following remain at the Client's expense:

• punctures,
• blowouts,
• abnormal wear,
• damage due to poor driving or unsuitable use.

Replacement or repair will be billed at market price.

The vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance, including third-party liability and material damage to the rented vehicle.

In case of a claim covered by the insurance, a deductible of up to 5,000 MAD maximum remains at the Client's expense, in accordance with the conditions of the insurance policy taken out by the Lessor.

Insurance coverage is subject to the guarantees, conditions, exclusions and reporting deadlines provided by the policy.

The following are entirely at the Client's expense:

• driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances,
• driving by an undeclared or unauthorized driver,
• false declaration or attempted fraud,
• use of the vehicle in breach of this contract (subletting, taxi use, unauthorized use),
• claim not reported within the legal or contractual deadlines,
• any gross negligence or dangerous behavior.

The Client undertakes to:

• use the vehicle as a careful person would,
• respect maintenance schedules,
• not sublet,
• not use the vehicle as a taxi,
• not take the vehicle outside Moroccan territory without written authorization.

Any breach engages the Client's liability.

The Client is responsible for any damage outside normal wear, in particular to:

• bodywork,
• interior,
• accessories,
• rims,
• windshield.

Repairs will be billed on quote.

In case of immobilization caused by the Client, the Client will bear:

• the cost of repairs,
• immobilization charges calculated on the basis of the daily rent.

At the end of the contract, the vehicle must be returned:

• clean,
• with its documents,
• with its keys,
• in its original condition aside from normal wear.

Any refurbishment will be billed.

In case of early termination by the Client:

• the Client must pay an indemnity equivalent to 3 monthly rents,
• the Lessor may immediately repossess the vehicle.

The Client acknowledges that the vehicle may be equipped with a GPS system.

Any deactivation or attempt to neutralize it constitutes serious misconduct authorizing immediate termination of the contract.

Any damage, cost or loss not expressly covered by this contract remains at the Client's expense.

Any dispute relating to this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the Lessor's registered office.
